OC Frankfurt office jumps to rival Taylor Wessing

Osborne Clarke (OC) is losing its entire Frankfurt arm to Anglo-German rival Taylor Wessing – leaving the top 50 UK firm with a single German arm in Cologne.

The firm announced on 21 August that its four Frankfurt partners – Peter Bert, Hassan Sohbi, Stefan Bauer and Jorge Bausch – were leaving to join the Frankfurt arm of Taylor Wessing along with a group of assistants.
