OC Frankfurt arm quits for Taylor Wessing

Osborne Clarke (OC) is losing its entire Frankfurt arm to Anglo-German rival Taylor Wessing – leaving it with just a Cologne office in Germany.

The firm today (21 August) announced that its four Frankfurt partners – Peter Bert, Hasan Sohbi, Stefan Bauer and Jorge Bausch – are leaving to join the Frankfurt arm of Taylor Wessing along with a group of assistants.
