Salans is set to take the lion’s share of Altheimer & Gray’s disintegrating European network after last week making a formal offer to Altheimers’ US-based dissolution committee.

Sources claim that Altheimers’ Bratislava, Istanbul and Prague offices could shortly transfer in their entirety to Salans, while the firm’s Kiev, Warsaw and Paris offices – where Salans already has a presence – are still considering deals with other firms.
