David LammySuccess fees, the controversial replacement for civil legal aid, are to be reviewed by the new Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA), the Government announced last week.

The review of conditional fee arrangements (CFAs) was unveiled on 19 June by the incoming DCA minister David Lammy, a week after the Government announced the formation of the ministry from the old Lord Chancellor’s Department. Responses are due by September.
