Top 10 US firm Latham & Watkins has hired senior corporate partner Hans Jurgen Lutt from the Frankfurt arm of Ernst & Young’s tied German firm.

The Luther Menold partner is one of the most highly-regarded corporate partners at the firm and promises to provide a major boost to Lathams’ seven-partner Frankfurt branch.
