Stephenson Harwood: lost two shipping litigation partners Stephenson Harwood has lost two senior shipping litigation partners and a consultant to rival firms as it moves to re-structure its practice around four new target markets.

Partners Nicholas Phillips and Simon Thatham have joined Hill Dickinson and shipping boutique Bentley Stokes & Lowless respectively, while consultant Mike Lockwood has moved to Ince & Co.
