SJ Berwin has launched a firm-wide review of its assistant salary bands in a move that is expected to see the firm drop its newly-qualified rate by £2,000 to £48,000.
SJ Berwin has delayed the announcement on its newly-qualified salaries until early June, to coincide with the end of the review, although sources have indicated pay bands will be lowered.
