Slaughters prepares for decision on China move

Slaughter and May is this year set to reach a decision on whether to open an office in mainland China, in what would be a highly symbolic move for the magic circle firm.

Partners at the firm have confirmed that it will decide whether to open an office before the end of the year, after an internal consultation that has already lasted two years.
