Richard Norbruis Two leading Dutch lawyers have joined a group of businessmen charged with overhauling The Netherlands’ regime for audit regulation and corporate governance.

Philips general counsel Arie Westerlaken and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek partner Jaap Winter, join a 10-member body under the chair of Unilever chairman Morris Tabaksblat.
