Sandra HumphreyNational and regional law firms have emerged as major winners in a ground-breaking cross-departmental matrix of advisers unveiled last week by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC).

Thirty-two firms feature on seven specialist panels, which have been set up by the OGC together with the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) and the Treasury Solicitor’s Department in a bid to centralise government use of legal advisers.
