Double defection threatens Eversheds' Midlands IP team

Eversheds looks ready to close down its IP capability in Birmingham following the departure of two of its most senior lawyers to Midlands rival Wragge & Co.

The move of senior associate Sarah Webb and assistant Adam McArthur leaves Eversheds with just two IP lawyers in its Birmingham office and no partners since Philip Atkinson left in November last year for personal reasons.
