Cadwaladers hires DLA finance partner

US firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft has picked up high profile DLA securitisation and capital markets partner Conor Downey.

Downey, who has been taken on as a special counsel at the New York-based firm’s London arm, made waves 18 months ago when he quit Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe for the national firm, along with partner Jeanne Bartlett.
