Lovells hires Goldman Sachs lawyer as partner

Lovells Lovells has hired Goldman Sachs in-house lawyer Richard Brown as a partner in the firm’s corporate department.

Brown, who is a vice president of the investment bank’s in-house function, is due to start at Lovells in mid-April where he will join the equity and capital markets group.
