Norton closes £300bn Bahraini Bond issue

Norton Rose has helped close a £300m international financing deal from its London and Bahrain offices, launching the Kingdom of Bahrain’s first sovereign bond issue.

The bond issue, which was focused on the European and Middle Eastern capital markets marks the latest in a series of financing deals the firm has acted on in the region.
