Halliwell Landau has launched an environment team with the recruitment of Denise Dowen, head of environment at Newcastle leader Dickinson Dees.

Dowen, who was department head at Dickinson Dees for four years and is a respected environment expert, joined Halliwells’ Manchester base at the beginning of last week as a partner.
