Herbert Smith and Latham & Watkins profit in Linklaters securities departures

Herbert Smith: Howarth will get full equity status Herbert Smith and Latham & Watkins this week picked up two partners from Linklaters’ market-leading equity capital markets team.

Chris McFadzean and Charles Howarth both announced their departures on Monday (11 November) to join Lathams’ London arm and Herbert Smith respectively.
