Clifford Chance (CC) has cemented its relationship with UK futures broker and alternative investment products provider Man Group, advising on the largest financial services deal of its type that the group has completed.
CC advised Man on its £100m acquisition of the entirety of GNI Holdings, the UK-based derivative brokerage provider, from Old Mutual. Completion is expected by the end of the year.
