Pinsents hires two for private equity

Pinsent Curtis Biddle’s private equity department in London has appointed associate Tom Leman from Travers Smith Braithwaite and assistant Sarkis Zeronian from KLegal.

The appointments take the number of private equity lawyers at the firm to 50.
