A senior tax partner at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre (BFL), the French ally of London’s CMS Cameron McKenna, has been elected president of l’Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
Henri Bardet takes up the position in January, succeeding Yann de Givrea, a tax partner with Fidal. Fellow BFL partner Philippe Grousset is elected to the IACF board of directors. The IACF is the industry body representing French tax lawyers.
