LCD Signs records outsourcing deal

The Lord Chancellor’s Department (LCD) has signed an agreement with business process outsourcing company Liberata to provide a live rollout of its electronic records management (ERM) service.

Liberata will initially provide a limited ERM service at the LCD’s headquarters before extending it nationally to cover 3,000 users at 70 sites as well as offering a service remotely to home-workers.
