VEIL JOURDE LOSES TAX PARTNER TO SHEARMANS

Shearman & Sterling’s Paris arm has hired a tax partner from French firm Veil Jourde La Garanderie, the second senior defection for the top 10 Paris firm in the past month.

Niels Dejean joins Shearmans on 4 November as the 16th partner in the New York firm’s Paris practice, along with two lawyers from his team, Christophe Delrieu and Yann Grolleaud.
