Slaughter and May has advised top-ranking investment group Schroder Investment Management on its joint entry into a new investment sector that is expected to corner a massive tranche of future investment.
Corporate partner Glen James and corporate associate Robert Chaplin advised Schroders on its partnership with investment research and ratings company Standard & Poor’s (S&P) on a fund of funds for financial institutions and distributors under an exclusive multi-year initiative.
Through the service financial institutions will be able to access S&P’s fund research capabilities and Schroders’ investment expertise.
