Chancery commercial set 3 Stone Buildings has opened an annexe in New York in a bid to build on its transatlantic portfolio of work.
The office – believed to be a first for a UK chambers – is being manned by professional negligence expert Teresa Rosen Peacock, who joined the set two years ago from Maitland Chambers and is currently living in New York.
As well as providing a base for Rosen Peacock, who is in the process of qualifying at the New York State Bar, it is hoped the annexe will provide the set with a platform from which to develop its US client base.
