Stephenson Harwood (SH) is to transfer its Madrid arm to UK rival DLA as part of a sweeping business review that has claimed a further five London partners and seven assistants.

The changes come as part of an drastic three month business review confirmed by SH managing partner John Pike today (8 October), which sees changes to the firm’s management structure, remuneration system and client list.
