South Africa’s Werksmans has opened a two-partner office in London in a bid to keep up with the migration of its major clients’ headquarters to the UK.
The leading Johannesburg firm’s City outpost is manned by South African-qualified corporate specialists Vaughn Harrison and Johan van Wyk. Werksmans officially launched the office in July, but has kept the practice low-key until it was fully operational.
