The Law Society is finally set to rubber stamp the use of so-called ‘Chinese walls’ in a major change to its conflict of interest rules.
The society last month released a consultation paper setting out revised proposals for changes to the conflicts system, which it hopes will become part of the new rule book which will be upgraded next year.
