Abingworth: Claire Wilkinson has joined the life sciences and venture capital group as its first general counsel. Wilkinson – who joins from Slaughter and May – has also worked as an in-house lawyer and fund administrator at Industri Kapital, a Swedish-based private equity house.
Carillion: The construction and
PFI company has made two senior appointments. David Anderson has been appointed legal director to Carillion Private Finance. Anderson was a partner at Nabarro Nathanson before joining the group. Alison Shepley has been appointed legal director to Carillion Services, its facilities management business. Shepley was formerly a director at Blue Circle. Both will report to legal director and company secretary Richard Tapp.
