Norton Rose hires Koo corp fin head

London’s Norton Rose has hired the head of corporate from Hong Kong firm Koo and Partners to strengthen its newly-launched local practice.

Senior corporate finance lawyer Freeman Chan joined Norton Rose as a partner on 2 September and is qualified in both UK and Hong Kong law.
Norton Rose Hong Kong head David Stannard told Legal Week Global: “There are a lot of good prospects and great opportunities in China.
