Gitlin quits Bingham McCutchen

Senior bankruptcy partner Richard Gitlin has left top US restructuring specialist Bingham McCutchen to form his own consultancy.

Gitlin – one of the biggest names in US bankruptcy law – has formed Gitlin & Company LLC, a consultancy based in Hartford, Connecticut that offers advice on bankruptcy matters.
