Wessing selects Max to lead firm into merger

Taylor Joynson Garrett’s (TJG’s) German merger partner Wessing has appointed Duesseldorf-based corporate expert Dietrich Max as joint senior partner.

Max will hold the role for the German practice, while TJG has already chosen London partner Richard Marsh to be the merged firm’s UK senior partner.
