Simmons & Simmons has muscled in on Allen & Overy (A&O) client KPMG Consulting after acting on its £186m acquisition of Andersen Worldwide Business Consulting.
In June this year, A&O acted for KPMG Consulting on the completion of its split with its big four accounting parent KPMG, which saw the £440m acquisition of local arms in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
