CMS Derks partners step down from case after billing row

Two partners in CMS Derks Star Busmann, the Dutch member of the international alliance headed by London’s Cameron McKenna, have stepped down from a local bankruptcy case after allegations of billing irregularities.

The two Utrecht-based partners, Niek Wilke and Hans du Pon, stepped down in 2001 as receivers in the case as a report was compiled related to their conduct.
