PwC's global network opens Romanian office

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has set up a tied firm in Romania after agreeing a deal to link up with local firm Baias & Piperea.

The deal sees the six-lawyer Romanian firm merge with a group of in-house lawyers stationed at PwC’s local practice to form a new firm, David & Baias.
