Herbert Smith has lost another partner from its Paris office following the departure of Noelle Lenoir to join the newly-elected French Government.
Paris-based life sciences partner Lenoir has been appointed Europe Minister in the new cabinet to replace Renaud Donnedieu de Vabre who resigned last week (20 June).
