US firms have a more liberal attitude to monitoring
e-mail than their UK counterparts, a survey of top IT directors has revealed.
The survey, which was carried out by Legal Week’s sister magazine, Legal IT, found a marked difference in US and UK attitudes to e-mail monitoring.
