US litigation giant Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP has secured a merger with the UK’s Arnander Irvine & Zeitman (AIZ).
The deal – the first transatlantic merger between two litigation specialists – will create a 17 partner London office focusing on international disputes, particularly in the areas of IP, banking, financial services, product liability and energy.
