Theodore Goddard (TG) has moved to shore up its corporate practice following recent departures with the hire of Buchanan Ingersoll’s London managing partner and head of private equity Keir Barrie.

The move coincides with a restructuring of TG’s corporate department, with current head Graham Stedman stepping down to be replaced by partners Leslie Jackson and William James, who will run the group jointly.
