New Amec chief overhauls panel

UK construction and engineering giant Amec is close to completing its panel review of external legal advisers, after the recent appointment of new head of legal Michael Blacker.

Blacker was promoted to Amec’s top legal job after the retirement of John Fenwick earlier this year. The company then began a panel review.
