Eversheds strengthens Italian presence in labour law alliance

Eversheds’ Italian associated firm, Piergrossi Villa Bianchini Riccardi, has formed an exclusive alliance with Milan-based boutique Benvenuto Barozzi Scherini (BBS), with a merger planned by next year.

The deal, effective from 1 May with the support of Eversheds, has set up an exclusive alliance between Piergrossi and the 12-lawyer BBS, which focuses on labour and employment law.
