Former partners of KPMG’s Dutch legal arm Steins Bisschop & Meijburg are considering legal action against the big five accountant to regain capital contributions after the law firm’s collapse last month.

One of the firm’s top partners, Martin Brink, told Legal Week that he was considering going to court to regain his investment in Steins Bisschop, while expectations are rising in Holland that other former partners will fight to regain capital injected into the firm at its launch three years ago.
