Theodore Goddard fills board as ex-head joins Huntons

Theodore Goddard (TG) has voted in four members to its new executive board as departing ex-managing partner Peter Kavanagh finalises arrangements to join the City office of US firm Hunton & Williams.

Banking partner Jayesh Patel, litigation head John Lomas, property partner Andrew Bailey and corporate partner Leslie Jackson were all voted in last week with the firm, due to finalise the fifth and final member of its board by Friday (12 April).
