AndersensLovells has hired a three-lawyer team from KLegal’s Moscow arm, as the accountancy-tied firm moves to secure mergers with Andersen Legal’s major European arms.

The Lovells appointments come from the Russian team of legacy German firm Beiten Burkhardt Mittl & Wegener, which last year merged with KLegal’s local legal arm, and include Beitens’ former Moscow managing partner Oxana Balayan.
