A&O revamps banking & finance groups

Allen & Overy (A&O) is restructuring its leading banking and finance group by doing away with its five administrative groups and replacing them with five streamlined specialist practice areas.

The firm is also understood to be recalling banking partner Chris Rushton from Singapore to help head of banking David Morely and partner Stephen Gillespie run the revamped group.
