Stephensons offers Sinclairs merger terms

Stephenson Harwood and City shipping specialist Sinclair Roche & Temperley, have signed detailed heads of agreement and expect to merge by the end of April.

Both partnerships are now behind the deal in principle which will see around 23 Sinclair Roche partners joining Stephenson Harwood in London.
