Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s New York office has been hit by the loss of project finance partner Jonathan Rod to US rival Latham & Watkins.
Rod, a US-qualified specialist in financing work for oil, gas and telecommunications projects, has been a partner in Freshfields’ New York office since 1998 after joining the City giant from Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy.
