Theodore Goddard managing partner Peter Cooke is stepping down after completing a three-year term in the job.
Cooke, who led the firm’s abortive merger negotiations with Salans Hertzfeld & Heilbronn last year, will remain at the firm as head of its employment and employee benefit group.
