The Belgian arm of City giant Linklaters has advised on one of the biggest European deals of recent months, the e6bn (£3.65bn) formation of Arcelor, the world’s largest steel company.
The tripartite merger saw three of Europe’s largest steel companies join forces: France’s Usinor, Aceralia of Spain and Luxembourg’s Arbed.
