Clifford Chance faces Italian rebellion

Clifford Chance (CC) is facing the threatened departure of senior banking partner Luigi Chessa following a row over the management of the City giant’s Italian practice.

Italian insiders have said Chessa has already spoken to Chicago-based Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw about opening an Italian practice.
