Scots Law Soc calls for end to MNP ban

Out-going Scottish Law Society president Martin McAllister has called on the Scottish Parliament to lift the ban on local firms from forming multi-national partnerships (MNPs).

The call from McAllister comes amid mounting pressure to loosen restrictions on local lawyers entering into international partnerships.
