Pinsent Curtis Biddle is closing in on an alliance deal with Duesseldorf’s Hoffmann Liebs Fritsch Ruhe as the German firm prepares to vote on its future.

The 12-partner corporate specialist is set to vote this month on whether to stay in its European referral club Logos, or pursue formal membership of Pinsents’ growing continental alliance, which already includes French firm Granrut Vatier Baudelot & Associes and Sweden’s Magnusson Wahlin.
